Property marketing + AI concierge + lead-to-CRM sales system

The Abbotsford

Marketing site for The Abbotsford, a Johannesburg development of 16 new duplex residences. The site walks a buyer from "urban sanctuary" positioning through gallery and amenities, into floor plans, unit availability and pricing, and out to the sales agents via a register-interest form and WhatsApp. A 24/7 AI concierge — "Ask The Abbotsford Assistant" — answers questions on pricing, unit layouts, security, location and the reservation process from approved information only, qualifies the buyer (unit interest, purpose, bond status, timeframe), and hands the enquiry straight to the agents on WhatsApp. Alongside it, the register-interest form fronts a complete lead-to-CRM sales system: every enquiry is pushed into Zoho CRM as a structured, qualified lead via a custom Zoho CRM API integration, so agents follow up from the CRM instead of chasing inbox messages.

How it was built

The site pairs an AI concierge with a complete lead-to-CRM sales system. The concierge answers buyer questions from approved information only and routes qualified enquiries to the agents on WhatsApp. For CRM capture I built the custom lead fields in Zoho CRM, set up the OAuth client and self-client flow in Postman to mint the authorization and refresh tokens, and wired the register-interest form to post structured leads into the CRM via the Zoho CRM API.
